Description

Hygrophila sp. ‘araguaia’, the leaves being extremely narrow and displaying a rich reddish-brown tone when the plant is submersed. This aquatic plant also exhibits a creeping growth pattern, slightly tilted leaves and slow branching.  The plant requires adequate nutrients, good light and CO₂ for healthy growth. The plant can be grown both submerged and emerged in a terrarium, paludarium like setups. It should be noted that both forms exhibit different appearances.
